Setting not to provide talk content to LINE group companies

According to LINE ‘s privacy policy, talk content may be provided to LINE Group companies when the customer consents to the provision of “communication-related information” on the LINE app.

If you do not wish to provide the talk content, you can turn off the provision of “communication-related information” in the settings of the LINE app.

* Talk content between users is not provided, but it may be provided if it is an official account.

How to change the settings

  1. Open the gear button (settings) at the top of the LINE home screen
  2. Open privacy management
  3. Open “Providing Information”
  4. Turn “Communication Information” to “Off”

    (If it is green as shown above, swipe left to turn it off (white).
