Our office may provide personal information to the extent necessary for negotiations and proceedings such as courts, counterparty lawyers, trustees, etc., based on relevant laws and regulations, regarding cases accepted as lawyers. In this case, the personal information provided will be used within the scope stipulated by relevant laws and regulations. In addition, if necessary, we will conclude a confidentiality agreement, etc. to ensure that personal information is handled appropriately.
