Can I get free legal advice over the phone?

Our office listens carefully to the specific circumstances of the counselor while looking at the materials according to the content of the counseling, and gives polite and responsible advice. Therefore, it usually takes about an hour for consultation, and we do not offer free legal advice over the phone because we think that we cannot give appropriate and sufficient advice if we cannot see the materials.
